Why Join a
JUST ME for JUSTICE ?
Grow in Faith and Purpose
Learn from History
Hone in on Your
Gifts and Goals
Leave with Direction
Sometimes faith can feel abstract. By participating in our year long mentorship program, we aim to help teenagers make faith real by guiding them to:
-
Set and pursue meaningful personal goals
-
Participate in service projects that make a tangible difference
-
Engage in honest, thoughtful conversations about faith with their peers.
Explore powerful stories of faith in action through visits to The King Center, The Legacy Museum, and the Edmund Pettus Bridge. These experiences bring history to life and show how faith has shaped a more just and compassionate world.
Goals and gifts can go together in an intentional way! Building a Just Me for Justice is joining with Encircled to walk your student through several activities, help them connect with mentors, and to meet four goals for the year that they will pick out.
We want to connect their greatest passion to the world’s greatest need so that they can make a great impact.
By the end of the year, our hope is that each student begins to discover their deeper purpose and connect it to a real need in the world.
